It will certainly help if you join in and lead the way. Ideally, you’ll want to find activities that offer good exercise opportunites, while also being great fun. You don’t want exercise to seem like a chore.
Trampolines are an excellent solution to these problems. Many kids love using trampolines and it’s something that you can do as a family. Equally importantly, they are great for exercising.
There’s a wide range of trampolines available and many will fit into your garden. That means that it’s something that can be done at home, in a safe environment.
